A little help before you go
Find Buddy, explained.
Your questions about finding people, making plans, and getting started.
What is My interests?
My interests keeps the trip plans you have shown interest in, including pending and accepted requests. These cards move out of the main discovery list so you can keep exploring new plans. Open My interests and use Refresh requests to check for updates.
What does the match percentage mean?
The match percentage compares your Travel DNA preferences with the organizer’s, including travel style, activities, budget, food preferences, and other habits. A higher percentage means more closely aligned preferences. Tap the match badge for a detailed comparison; it is a guide to compatibility, not a guarantee of a perfect trip.
How do I create a trip plan?
Sign in, complete your personal profile and Travel DNA, then select Create Plan. Add your destination, starting location, travel date, duration, and traveller type, then submit the form. Other travelers can discover your plan and show interest.
What happens when I show interest?
The organizer receives your request, and the plan moves to My interests with an Interest Shown status. If the organizer accepts, the card updates and you can use Go to Chat to connect about the trip.
How do I browse cards on mobile?
Swipe left or right, or tap Pass, to see the next plan. Previous takes you back one card, and Restart lets you explore the current results again. Passing a card does not send a request or notify its organizer.
